Refund policy

General:  Any requests for returns must be emailed to onlineshop@tearai.com within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Goods can be returned if they are unused, in original packaging and accompanied by a valid order number.  This policy applies to full-priced items, please refer to our exclusions below.   

Faulty or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. The team will request images to confirm the faulty issue and discuss your options before returning this item. Shipping for these items will be at the cost of Te Arai Links Golf Club Limited. 

Change of Mind Returns: We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.  However, exchanges may be available at our discretion. Items must be returned following the process below and in unused condition with all original packaging. Any price differences between the exchanged items along with shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer. 

Exclusions:  Certain items cannot be returned unless faulty. These items include gift cards, sale items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty and skincare products) 

Returns Process and Refunds:  To initiate a return please contact onlineshop@tearai.com. Once the team has received the request, they will send an email with the link to purchase a return label along with instructions on how to return your item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm when the refund has been processed. All refunds will be processed onto the same credit card as was used to make the initial purchase. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
